Meet the Host Neil Timmins

Neil was a banker for a couple of years when his mother went back into the workforce as a Realtor. In her first year, she made twice as much as he did as a banker. Neil decided to enter the real estate industry. It fit like a glove.
By the age of 29, he was the #1 RE/MAX agent in the state.
After years of hustling and grinding as an agent, Neil longed for more control over his schedule, the freedom to choose how he spent his time, and the ability to create passive wealth on his terms.
Neil found a home in real estate investing and started by investing in single-family homes, After hundreds of rehabs and dozens of rentals, Neil stumbled upon his first commercial deal and discovered his passion for commercial properties.
Neil's experience spans a variety of asset classes, including rehabs, SF rentals, Airbnb, industrial, apartments, office, mobile home parks, retail, and self-storage.
He has been involved in over $300 million+ in transactions.
Neil and his wife Emily are proud parents of three energetic teens. Playing football at a collegiate level, Neil is a natural competitor and enjoys activities like deep-sea fishing, barbecues, and beating his kids at Kiyosaki's Cashflow board game.
