He has spent about 25 years in development, including 18 years with Lockard Development and nearly eight years with Ryan Companies.
Originally from Oak Park, Illinois, Dave moved to Iowa during high school, graduated from Upper Iowa University, and built his career in commercial real estate from the ground up. He also earned his CCIM designation in 2002 and served as president of the CCIM Institute in 2018.
